Please stay tuned for information on our next graduate student conference, to be held in May 2018. For more information please contact Elisha Corbett (elisha.corbett@queensu.ca).

The Political Studies Graduate Student Association hosts an annual graduate student conference at Queen’s University in Kingston, ON. We endeavour to focus each conference on a current theme of interest in global politics, however our conference mandate is to highlight the work of emerging scholars and provide opportunities for graduate students to hone presentation skills and get feedback on larger research projects. To that end, we encourage the submission of any and all topics related to political science more generally.

Please refer to our 2017 conference webpage and call for proposals for more information.

Following the success of our inaugural conference, the Political Studies Graduate Student Association (PSGSA) is pleased to announce our second annual graduate student conference theme: Governance in Crisis? The Politics of Participation and Polarization. As well, we are holding a special half-day focus on Canada 150, in honour of the anniversary of confederation, addressing any and all Canadian political content.
